Rising 6th Grade Summer Math Camp

Rena’s Rithmetic is excited to host its first Rising 6th Grade Math Camp.  Children will benefit from learning experiences that will focus on key math concepts for 6th grade. The summer math camp engages students in whole group math tasks centered around big ideas, standard-aligned math games and problem solving strategies.  Students will boost their confidence and deepen their conceptual and procedural fluency in mathematics.

The Rising 6th Grade Summer Math Camp runs for four days, Monday, July 29th to Thursday, August 1st, from 9:30 - 12:00 PM.  The cost is $200, and this includes interactive, engaging activities that promote critical thinking and resources for home learning.  Students will receive snacks throughout the session to curb the summer appetite.  Students will also engage in Social Emotional Learning (SEL) tasks that will help them succeed in the classroom and in life.
