Who Am I?

Hello! My name is Dalrena Roberts, and I am the proud owner of Rena’s Rithmetic, LLC. With over 20 years of experience as a certified elementary educator, I hold a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction and Administration.

 

My mission is to reduce math anxiety and help students develop a strong sense of confidence in their mathematical abilities. I believe math is more than memorizing facts and procedures—it’s about thinking critically, making connections, and truly understanding concepts.

 

Through engaging, student-centered instruction, I strive to create a supportive learning environment where children feel empowered to take risks, grow, and succeed in math.

I am a mother of one son (Zaire), a sister, an aunt, and a "big" cousin to many.  When I am not teaching, you can catch me listening to music and dancing the night away.
